Dr. Policky was the anesthesiologist for my surgery at OPRMC on 7/26/24. He was the best anesthesiologist I've ever had. He was so reassuring, kind, compassionate, and thorough in how he explained things. He has excellent bedside manner and incorporates humor to ease anxiety and worry. I made sure I looked at his name tag and noted his name in my phone so I could acknowledge him and leave a positive review.
Dr. Policky is such a great doctor! My six-year-old son was having surgery, and Dr. Policky’s bedside manner was just what my son needed to feel at ease before surgery, and in the process made me more comfortable as well. My son has recovered well from surgery, and has nothing but positive associations with the experience. What a gift!
This is a great guy. I had surgery today with him and his humorous and unique bedside manner was a big help in putting me at ease and prepping mentally for the procedure. He asked if I had any questions. I did, in fact I had several because this was the biggest procedure I had ever had in my life. He took the time to answer every one and made sure he answered them to my satisfaction. Although I didn't have my contact lenses in, I made sure to see his name tag so I could somehow his acknowledge the great job he does.
