The dr is a brilliant person but the front staff at 800 caselton Avenue is pathetic... My son was extremely sick I told this to the front staff even then they make me wait for 4 hours..The front staff need to be supervised by the hospital authorities
Very bad. I had a urology appointment. They bring you over and make you wait for hours and then tell you that they cannot see you
The doctor is wonderful, listen carefully and so nice to the babies but the reception office is 800 caselton Ave is too bad..
