I’ve been going here since I was in 2nd grade ! I’m currently 19 and I send my daughter and will be sending my son . My family absolutely loves it ! It’s a no wait time as well ! they get you in and get you out ! And the doctors love my kid like it’s their own ! Dr. Kelly is my favorite ! I also love how they use children’s hospital if anything serious is going on !
The doctors are fantastic, however the nurses and staff are absolutely awful (Covington location)! They are extremely rude. My daughter needed to be tested for strep and is very frightened of doctors. Before entering I had been building her courage and helped her feel confident and safe with the nurses, only for the nurse to walk in, let us know my daughter was getting a strep test, at which point she glared at my daughter and asked, "Is this going to be an issue or do need to get more people in here to hold you down". Dr. Kevin Kelly is the best pediatrician I've ever seen with my son and me as his parent.. He is the only one I ever want my boy to see when he needs any medical attention.. The nurses are just as great..
