I called first to see if i could do a walkin on the weekday. they answered the phone very fast and i was able to do a basic eye exam, glasses prescription and contact prescription. the doctor was thorough in his explanation on which contacts are better to start with. also, the assistant was super helpful when instructing how to put in the contacts. its been about two weeks and vision from my glasses is very crisp and clear. for contacts, its still good but the glasses are better, and the doctor explained why
