Got me addicted to oxycontin then when I was addicted he cut me off and said my body would punish me enough. THIS IS AFTER I CRUSHED MYFOOT AT WORK AND HAD STUFF AMPUTATED AND WAS IN EXTREME PAIN! Then he told Purdue pharma lawyers I was never a patient.HE LIES HE SURE DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME THREW ME OUT LIKE GARBAGE AND ADDICTED TO OXYCONTIN WHAT A GUY!!!
