Went for cleaning with dental insurance came out with quote way in excess of 5000 balance billed claim and it cost me 80 for a cleaning for in network. Got second opinion on work needed and it was less than half the price they jack up the prices if you have insurance. Always get second opinion
I made an appointment to have a crown replaced, Dr Franklin office called and asked to change the date to Friday at 4:00PM, Dr Franklin started the procedure, then turned it over to his assistant; I could here Dr Franklin speaking to another associate about his dinner plans; the assistant struggled, I requested Dr Franklin to come back, he did; but left again; the assistant continue to struggle, the temporary was not on and Dr Franklin had left to go to dinner. 1 1/2 hour later the temporary.
