Dr. Kapadia leads a well-run office with excellent staff to support their patients. Dr Kapadia is an excellent doctor who guides his patients by listening and recommending actions to be taken for the health of his patients. Definitely recommend. This continues to be a quality visit from arrival until departure.
You call the number to set up an appointment, they mention the website address but it's too fast to write down, then you have to push the required number in the directory for new patients: then you're asked to stay on the line to complete a brief survey after scheduling your appointment. You think you're waiting to talk to a patient representative and suddenly you're taking the survey and the phone disconnects.
Staff for my biopsy were excellent! I have received excellent care under Dr Kapadia. My post treatment PSA score is excellent. Thank goodness.
I am 100 % satisfied with Dr Kspadia. I am 85 years old and have been with Dr. Kaoadia over 10 years. I feel comfortable knowing he is doing everything to keep this 85 year old prostate functioning . Thank you Doctor.
