Dr. Kenzie ghosted me after seeing me for a few years. Thankfully, my therapist was able to give me a heads up because Dr. Kenzie had already ghosted so many of her other patients that they were able to pass on the heads up and I was able to find a new psychiatrist in time. I reached out to her many times to confirm appointments and never received a response, nor did she show up to our appointment time. My experience with Dr Kitcharoen for the past two years has been excellent. She’s responsive and understanding and really takes into account my wants and needs alongside what she thinks is best for my care. She’s more attentive than any other psychiatrist I’ve had before. 08/2024: I feel bad for having to come back and update this, but a few months ago all communication with Dr. K completely stopped. Intially this review would be a 5 star rating however Dr. Kitcharoen ghosted me after seeing her for year and half. There were zero communication on her part to inform patience of her absence. I needed my prescriptions refilled and was ghosted. Super fustrating situation. I'm disappointed in her service and lack of compassion, especially knowing how her clientel are individuals who need certain medications to help with their mental health. She completely abandoned me after I had been seeing her for years. We had scheduled an appointment for a week before I was leaving the country for 5 months. She sent me a message cancelling this appointment at the last minute, and that was the last I ever heard from her. I messaged and called her many times during that week and received no response. She is aware of how important my meds are to my everyday functioning -- as they treat my major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety -- and yet she completely abandoned me.... read more
