My MIL was recently being seen at this office and this is what she sent to me. Thought it was definitely worth leaving a review about. Very Rude staff (tall redhead especially) girls working in the office are very unapproachable and unhelpful,very hateful,rude office manager (if that's what she is) Doctor and Nurse Practitioner do not monitor your levels or signs of issues with starting new medication. Wow!!! I went for my appointment today first visit sense I moved to Amarillo from Denver and all the Ladies were Great and Friendly. They really care about you and I cannot wait to comeback. I think we are on the track to better care for my Diabetes and I am happy to be there with them!!! Thank you all of you at Dr. Brantley's Office!!!
Terrible customer service! Wish my primary care Dr would have referred me elsewhere. Officer manager was very short and rude in the phone after speaking about a cancellation because insurance and their office already rescheduling me from months prior. Rude and impatient - definitely doesn’t make me want to put my health in their hands. $100 fee for first time patient and having to cancel last minute. They had reschedule initial appt, I had to cancel bc insurance changed and they charged me $100.

Office manager is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. My mom understands English but can’t speak it back very well. They refused to see her even with me translating over the phone. Communication was clear with the nurse over the phone, so I don’t understand why someone would have to be present. Manager was racist since the beginning of the phone call, no respect whatsoever.
