Wish my primary care Dr would have referred me elsewhere. Officer manager was very short and rude in the phone after speaking about a cancellation because insurance and their office already rescheduling me from months prior. Rude and impatient - definitely doesn’t make me want to my health in their hands.
Office manager is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. My mom understands English but can’t speak it back very well. They refused to see her even with me translating over the phone. Communication was clear with the nurse over the phone, so I don’t understand why someone would have to be present. Manager was racist since the beginning of the phone call, no respect whatsoever. I walked in and Tracy was the first person to greet me! She had a nice smile and so welcoming when I came in!!!! THANK YOU TRACY !!!
I love how eccentric he is! He listens and discusses with you and helps find the solution you need. At least in my case.
ATTENTION- Very Rude staff and Employees Ladies working in the office are very unapproachable and unhelpful. Doctor and Nurse do not monitor your levels or signs of issues with your samples. Im currently seeing another office in town and have been treated amazing and my health issues have been monitored and adjusted and I’m feeling great now!
