So disappointed. Not a friendly office and I felt like I could not get out of there fast enough. They were actually RUDE.
Had multiple appointments and the results are honestly super disappointing. I go in to see the dermatologist and he not only rushes the entire appointment but he ASKS me how my acne is doing. I'm not the professional here you tell me that's absolutely ridiculous. Not only that but he has a terrible attitude toward any genuine questions you or family members ask. He just takes a second to look at your skin and prescribes the most generic acne medication there is and all he says when it isn't helping is 'double the amount used... read more
Dr. Neil was a wonderful docter. He listens to all your concerns and is informative in the type of care you will recieve. I cannot issue a higher rating on him he is a wonderful docter. His staff are nice and understanding and they have time to listen to you!
So first thing I immediately noticed is that this doctor rushes the appointments heavily which is annoying because I am paying him to help me with my acne but he doesn't seem like he cares whatsoever and isn't even trying to hide it. I'm there and out in less than 5 minutes tops he rushes any questions I ask and never explains to me about my condition I always have to ask him to explain further, has no initiative. The medication he prescribed also has not helped at all do not recommend
I went to see Dr. Neal because I had two areas on my body that I was very concerned about that they could be malignant. He checked me out, he performed biopsies, explained what would happen, and it went very well. My results turned out to be that the areas were benign, so that was a great relief. Dr. Neal is a good doctor and a good man. I trust him with my health.
I don't recommend Dr. Neal for routine skin care, e.g. rashes or skin cancer screenings. I've visited the practice twice, and on the second visit I had an urgent concern but had to wait several weeks for an appointment, only for Dr. Neal to spend all of 5 minutes with me. He did not ask me all of the questions he should have; in contrast, my primary care physician actually tried to figure out what the problem was. Maybe Dr. Neal will pay more attention to you if you have a skin cancer diagnosis.
Courteous staff but Dr. Neal was a HUGE disappointment. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and did not bother to glance at a skin growth I said was concerning me. He prescribed 4 medications that my insurance didn't cover and cost $2000 to fill out of pocket. I've schedule an aapointment with a different dermatologist because I am not confident or satisfied with my visit with Dr. Neal. That's a $65 co-pay, 2 hours of driving to his office, and no peace of mind wasted.
Very knowledgeable as well as professional. I highly recommend.
I was billed improperly and I was not diagnosed correctly by Dr Neal. I ended up going to a new dermatologist who resolved my issue.
