Dr. Neal was nice - I waited a while for my appointment but overall service during appt was fine and the nurses were friendly.
Dr. Neal is the worst! He wants to do the least possible to get paid. Their office billed me incorrectly. In addition he saw me for a total of 5 minutes and and I received an incorrect diagnosis. I ended up having to go to another dermatologist to get my issue resolved. He pushes chemical peels and non covered cosmetic procedures.
Dr Neal did not explain my skin cancer at all. He just told me we caught it early. He never explained how to dress my wound, never checked my body for any other issues, which I did have and was found by a new doctor. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.
Went to DR with a complaint of a red raised spot on my nose that has been there for the past 6+ months. It doesn't look like a pimple and it hasn't gone away or changed for 6+ months. I had other breakouts on my nose and face that were different from the raised area. Dr did the quickest and non-thorough skin cancer check (i.e. didn't check my head, neck or any area covered by the gown I was wearing) even when I told him skin cancer is in my family!! Dr insisted that the red spot on my nose is a pimple. I'm sorry but I've nev... read more
Terrible customer service. I went in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk told me my insurance covered any visits with this particular doctor; I would not be responsible for any fees except my copay. She assured me that she had contacted my insurance and that they would cover my visit. Two months later, I got a huge bill in the mail. I called my insurance company and I was told Dr. Neal's office never even made an inquiry to see if my insurance covered the cost. The doctor's office they said they couldn't do any... read more
I'm very happy with Dr. Neal & his staff. He diagnosed my skin issues and prescribed treatment to correct it. I saw results in a few days. I would not see another dermatologist. He's the best!
The office staff scheduled me for an appointment when the office was closed 2 separate times in a row. It took a third call from the office saying "oops, we scheduled you on a day that we're closed - again," before I got an appointment on a day they were open. I had a mole biopsied by him. He made a large incision for the biopsy (much larger than my experience working for a Dermatologist would suggest was necessary). The biopsy came back pre-cancerous. When he removed the mole, he left me with a full one inch scar in the mid... read more
Office staff unprofessional bordering on unethical. Gave me other patient info incorrectly. Booked my appt one time, then when I showed up, the appt wasn't in the system. "OH, such and such must have taken that appt...." Hmm? Dr. ODD - appears to me scared to TOUCH PATIENTS. Not contageous patients - ACNE PATIENTS. Strange... First visit - liked him. Friendly. Every visit after that (3 or 4) did NOT like. Switching doctors. The office architecture is really nice - I think that may be all the pracice focuses on. I prefer more... read more
