When I was there years ago I had a very pleasant experience everyone there was so nice including the optometrist. I received my contacts on time
This place is nothing more than a money pit. The office staff is rude and doesn't return your calls. I had an eye exam less than 8 months ago, wanting to switch contact brands and they won't help me unless I pay for a whole new eye exam.
Even up to the third time of getting my eyes checked because my glasses through off my 3D perception, he told me not to tell him his job. It would not be long before I needed bifocals. And, my eyes would get used to it. To no avail after a year I had my eyes checked somewhere else. I was told that I had astigmatism. Now, I can see. Maybe, if you don't know what perfect vision is then he would be the person to go "see". Maybe, if his eye chart was at the correct distance, he "would" be the person to "see".
