After recently being diagnosed with breast cancer, my husband and I went to Dr. Shimizu for a consult. We were both blown away with how thorough, educated and caring he was about everything. I decided to get a double mastectomy so I will not need to see him for further radiation treatment, but even joked on the way out, “well darn, now I kind of want radiation treatment”.
