Had an infected gum that was scaring the hell out of me. I called their office and instantly they set me up with an appointment. Getting there they were extremely informative and kind which was a change for me. Even letting the dentist know my own bad experience so he could be even kore comforting. All in all they removed parts of the infected gum stitched me up and all has been fine. They reccomended an oral surgeon afterwards for my wisdom tooth which was great advice. 100% my best dental experience so far
Dr. Ray knows what he is doing. For me, he has done two root canals. a gum graft, an implant, and other things. They have all done well. I would pay no attention to any negative reviews. He knows what he is doing.
My advice: If you have a problem that your dentist cannot handle, skip the periodontist and go directly to oral surgeon. You will no doubt end up there later. I could write more but this will give you a general idea of one bad experience.
