Good MD, no BS straight to the point.
This doctors office has no remorse to patient’s pain and complains. They are more of a bureaucrat trying to be a top-notch pain management doctor, but you cannot get help from them specially, the front office lady name Sherry she think she knows the office and she control the doctor decisions don’t deal with her, She is be rude and condescending. Dr. Grabow is great, love seeing him and he has helped me a lot. His front office staff is very friendly and helpful and on top of things 100%. Raphael, his back office MA, is super kind and helpful as well. The entire staff, minus his PA/NP, is wonderful and accommodating. If you are in need of a pain management team, I would go here!
Dr. Grabow administered my spinal epidural today. He was very friendly and had terrific bedside manners. I did not feel any discomfort or experience any down time. The surgery center and staff were all great. Highly recommend this team.
Grabow is rude,condescending,and simply not a pleasant dr to deal with. If you have an issue with what he prescribes you,he will cut you off completely.Its happened twice to me.The morphine sulfate made me way too sleepy,I asked for something less potent,nope,he cut me off. Avoid this office like the plague.
