I have not yet visited the office, but I want to share my experience with the pre-appointment process and my interactions as a new patient. I have had a good experience on past visits with the exception of my most recent visit. Please be aware of that there may be surprise upcharges for services that are not necessary. In my past visits, I did not have any copay as services were fully covered by my insurance. However, on my most recent visit, I had the unpleasant surprise at checkout of being presented with a bill. Dr. Owyang is great! I've been going to her for years. Even though I've moved farther away, I still choose Dr. Owyang as my Optometrist because her office is organized and clean and she's very kind. She invests in upgrading her equipment to make eye exams more comfortable for patients, and she takes time to explain the results.

Normally I don’t see a huge difference in eye care providers, but this time I did and I will definitely be back. Dr. Keri helped me get a prescription that was better than I have seen in years. Not only that, but she was so kind, especially when my child care fell through last minute and I brought my wiggly one year old.
