Please do not bring your kids here. Staff is not professional. Worst experience with office staff I have ever had. Office manager is extremely rude. Don’t waste your time.
Long wait times. Administration is very rude and unprofessional. Disorganized can never find documents and computers are always down. Office manager does not address issues. Dr. Jose Leon is great. Please get new staff and I will remove my review.
I do not like going to this office. They make you wait for hours and have no empathy for the kids or parents. The doctor is great makes my son feel very good but the staff speaks very rude to you. Also I think they might have insurance fraud going on and I am making a complaint to my insurance. They always have an excuse to not give me my sons documents. Recommend you find a different doctor. Office manager does not listen and disrespectful.
