Very good service professional Very clean and friendly service and the surgery was a success
Horrible experience. Something came up last minute and I tried to reschedule the appointment. Was told because I had cancelled 10 times already if I didn't come I'd be BLACKLISTED and no other optometrist would see me. Actually I've only ever had one appointment and had never cancelled 10 times. I went and was made to sit for 2 hours. When I finally got in the doctor said ' like I said the last time, there's nothing wrong with you. ' and that was the end of the appointment.
What a gong show! I was there for 2.5 hours and ended up being seen by a different doctor. This place is poorly managed. The technician told me to put a patch over the one eye I could see out of, after I told him I could only see with that eye. I will never go back.
Missed an Appointment, Tried Calling for over a month Straight and did not Answer and was sent to a voicemail to send an email, Did that with no response, not local so unable to just show up, Gave up after 2 months
