Horrible. Got a call from one of the office assistant today. I could tell she was not having a good day as soon as I answered the phone. She wanted to push my appointment back for 3 months. I was ok with it, but I asked her to send an email since I was out of the office and didn't have a pen. She says something like: "We're not going to do that! Either we do this now or I'm cancelling your appointment." I said I don't have a pen on me while walking, can you not send a confirmation email like all the other doctors so I don't ... read more
