Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Not really Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

One thing that's been so annoying about Kenneth E Jones, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
