I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
