Truth is, several unsuccessful vitally-needed corrective surgeries following left eye retinal detachment surgery, the surgical eye finally became blood spewing with an extremely painful rupture, and had to be enucleated, immediately.
Dr. Rappaport performed retinal detachment corrective surgery on an acquaintance of mine who happens to be incarcerated. The patient, a middle-aged African American male gives high praise for the kindness and professional treatment he received from both the doctor and the nursing as well as front desk staff. Thank you Dr. Rappaport for humane treatment when oftentimes an inmate can feel dignity loss.
My visits are on going and he is treating me with expert knowledge and experience. I feel comfortable when I am being treated by him because of his capability. His office staff is also friendly and professional.
Been to see him a few times now and he really is knowledgeable. He has a large following and his staff is helpful as well. If you are searching for a well informed and experienced eye doctor, this is the doctor to visit.
Incompetent. Very unqualified to perform retinal detachment surgery. Performed surgery on my left eye; rendering me totally blind and extremely disfigured.
I was sent to Dr. Rappaport with a 20/400 vision in one eye. My case is not normal, I had a blood vessel bust in the center of my retina and it filled with fluid. I have been treated in the office and am at a 20/25. I'm very thankful for the care I continue to get at Dr Rappaport's office.
