Be warned the office staff will pull the bait and switch on you. I gave them my insurance account number and group number for pre-approval the front office said it was OK that they checked and all was good. So I made the appointment and had the work done weeks later I get a bill for 3 times the normal cost so I called the office. She said we don’t take your insurance you have to pay the full amount. Dr. Greenstadt has been our pediatric dentist for about a year. He is very thorough and he takes his job seriously. If you are looking for someone to really pay attention to your child's teeth and recommend solutions, he is the dentist for you. The only downside is that the treatments can be kinda expensive and he recommends using only top of the line treatments. For example our 6 year old needed fillings and he put in the white filler. Dr. Greenstadt was my dentist for 17 years until I moved away from the Los Angeles Area. Even when I left for college I went down to Torrance to have my teeth cleaned. I always felt comfortable visiting him and his office. I was definitely sad when I had to find an adult dentist in SF and couldn't see him anymore. As a side note, his staff, especially Sherry, were awesome and always treated me like family.
