Tried to talk me into expensive unwanted appointments and elective surgery that ins won't cover, when I simply wanted a contact lens Rx. After I said no way I'd spend that much money they pressured me to to have the unwanted procedures by pushing a payment plan at me. Felt like, and told them, his priority seemed to be to make money, while my priority was to have affordable eye care. I got my contact lenses. Never going back. I'll find another doctor next time even if I have to drive further.
I had a great experience at sungate medical group. Dr Farr has helped change my life. Highly knowledgeable doctor and staff. I no longer suffer from my dry eye problems.

During the first visit, several tests, meds & procedures were ordered or highly recommended. The amount of further testing was frightening, esp. the push to do cataract surg asap. After the testing was done, I had an appointment to go over the results and firm up a plan. On the day of the appt, I was contacted to reschedule due to a tech calling in. I was anxious to hear the results but the office could not accommodate me - they suggested I come, wait & I might be seen. Not patient centered.
Excellent results, no issues, great not having to wear reading classes anymore!
