He's a dentist I used to love this dentist, then some of the staff left and the replacements aren't as friendly. I have a permanent retainer for my bottom teeth and they don't floss through it, but wrap it around without threading floss which doesn't even get down at the base. Also, I just got a insurance notice for a cleaning that happened 7 months ago.
Been with for 7+ yrs I don't take my kids here, because there is no comparison between a pediatric dentist and a family dentist, but for any one else, it's pretty good. The front desk personel could stand to be more friendly. I swear, every time I go in, the lady is chatting it up with the co-workers and I have to wait until she has finished her laugh or comment. The people who actually do your teeth are great though.
