The staffs were friendly and professional. Don't have to wait too long to see Dr Hsiao.

Difficult to get appointment by phone. Left multiple messages. Finally, I has my primary care doctor get involved. Dr. Hsiao seemed very competent. Explained the CT scan to me. Fairly matter-of-fact...could use a bit more bedside manner to allay anxiety
