Dr. Williams treated my 90-year old parent for depression during a hospitalization. Meds were tripled in dosage amount over a 4-day period. When asked for a meeting to discuss treatment, he refused. When my loved one was released to go home, another staff reported over medication on the release papers but none of the new meds were sent home with us nor a script for any of them.
