I confirmed my appointment with the receptionist X days prior and received the voicemail that I would be at my appointment. I arrive an hour early, 2 ladies were there and told me I was super early and that I should go get a coffee. Thinking it was a good idea I went and came back 20 minutes early in my bright teal shirt and sports hat, I waved as I came back in. Dr Uys is very caring and takes the time to explain the situation and outcome. Lethbridge is lucky to have him!
Dr Uys was excellent to deal with. My husband was referred to him and he got an appointment very quick. He was easy to talk to and explained everything in detail.
I wish every doctor had the bedside manners, and professionalism that Dr Uys displays. He is top class. He is thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is recommending those solutions. I feel he is genuine and has my best interest at heart. Highly highly recommend.
