I had a appointment on Monday afternoon and the doctor just looked in my ears and told me since I'm pregnant they won't be able to do anything until I birth give my son. What a waste of time. I'm not going to book another appointment. I won't recommend them to anyone.
Dr Uys and his staff are very friendly, nice environment, I had partial thyroid removal back in January, Dr Uys explained everything, made me ease my mind about the surgery and recovery
I confirmed my appointment with the receptionist X days prior and received the voicemail that I would be at my appointment. I arrive an hour early, 2 ladies were there and told me I was super early and that I should go get a coffee. Thinking it was a good idea I went and came back 20 minutes early in my bright teal shirt and sports hat, I waved as I came back in.
