I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
