I wanted to respond to a review posted by "Genji" I placed a food order through post mates for lunch and forgot to uncheck "contact less delivery" when the driver showed up he started to leave the food outside the front door. A staff member asked him to please bring everything inside as it was a very large order and didn't want the food sitting outside, but the driver refused and left a negative review of the Doctors office of which he is not a patient. Very unprofessional of him.
I was treated with blatant disrespect by a petite Vietnamese female employee with highlighted hair. She spoke down to me, acted impatient, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and humiliating. This level of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and it seriously damaged my trust in this business.
This establish has such major attitude especially the workers there. Have absolutely no respect for door dash delivery drivers , threatening to give the door dasher a report of 1 stars simply because he was only following instructions via the doordash app.
