I have a serious problem getting them to send medicine that need Dr. To refill to the pharmacy. I have called 3 days to try to get a prior authorization on my medicine so I would not have to pay for it..and they still have not sent it I am very frustrated this happens every time and the receptionist name Hazel acts like she does not care. This lady has hung up on me she is do very rude. I am thinking of changing to another doctor because of her@!!@
