Dr. Kelly is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s my 4th therapist in my life. She is the best listener I’ve ever met! And she validates my feelings. I feel SEEN and HEARD by her! I feel very safe with her and able to be truly vulnerable. I have been seeing her almost 2 years and feel she has helped me tremendously. I’ve learned to communicate better with others about how I feel and what I need. I Definately recommend her services to everyone!
I've seen many therapists over the years due to reoccurring issues. Most of the therapy I've done with other therapists has been minimally helpful to mostly disappointing. With Dr. Caywood I have experienced relief and progress for the first time. After only 5 or 6 sessions, I have noticed a significant improvement in my conditions
Kelly helped me through a very difficult time. I thought I'd never get over my depression. I am very happy I met with her.
