My OB/GYN referred me to Dr. Favre for breast surgery and I could not be more thankful. Dr. Favre is compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Dr. Favre's entire staff was absolutely wonderful. This goes from everyone at the Southwestern Surgery Associate Offices and The Surgery Center. I am grateful to have had Dr Favre as my surgeon. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. She explains everything to you so you can make a good decision. She is also very warm and compassionate. Love this doctor!
Since December Dr. Favre has operated on me twice. The first time was for a bad appendix and the second was for a hernia related to the first surgery. She has a very comforting and knowledgeable way about her. I had knowledge of her because she had also operated on my mother twice in the past. I was very pleased with Dr. Favre's care and her staff was very helpful, especially Amber. My surgery was cancelled 5 times and finally when the governor eased the surgery restrictions due to COVID19 I was one of the first surgeries Dr. Favre performed. I am doing very well, glad it is over and am on the road to recovery.
Dr. Kelly Farve saw me as a new patient in the middle of the day when my PCP referred me to her for an emergent situation. She explained what needed to be done and why in clear terms. Due to my unstable condition, she obtained a bed for me at a local hospital, within hours allowing me to be admitted directly to my room, rather than through the ER. Dr. Favre gets the highest grades possible from me. She is so compassionate and down to earth. She helped me through a difficult diagnosis, but my prognosis is excellent. She is thorough and thoughtful and an ace surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I am thankful she has been my doctor through this ordeal. October hernia surgery. Information received before surgery VERY limited. Dr Favre said it was an easy surgery with mild pain and I should be able to return to work quickly with few restrictions (mainly lifting). I was told nothing about possible complications and the potential for extended, possibly life-long pain and discomfort. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Favre and her staff. I needed a lumpectomy and it needed to be done during the COVID-19 as an emergent outpatient procedure. A normally scary situation was made worse by the constraints of the pandemic. Dr. Favre was so kind and reassuring.
