We were patients with this office for over 8 years,. She was an excellent, ,trusted doctor. sadly during Covid it seemed she was distracted and at appointment over reacted what was a sinus infected, my yearly issue at that season she prescribed a med. it was in my records,I became so ill within 24 hrs.first time ever my wife had to call an ambulance! my allergic reaction, it became toxic,poison! 10 hrs in ER.NOT covid ,sinus infection! Dr. Gahagan is a great doctor but the women who work the front desk are very disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. The way they speak to patients is uncalled for. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes just to be talked down on, lied to, and discriminated against because “I haven’t needed an appointment in so long”. Why does that even matter? A good attitude goes a long way and these women at the front desk don’t have that. I hate that the staff determines my choice about this doctor.
Dr. Gahagan always takes the time to answer all my questions. She is a very caring doctor and I recommend her highly!
Dr Gahagan is a very personable physician, takes her time with patients, adequately answers questions and addresses any voiced concerns.
