The billing department is rude and completely incompetent! I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after calling this morning to get more information about a bill that I randomly received from over a year and half ago. The woman who answered the phone was condescending and short, and when I asked to speak with someone else, she refused to transfer me to someone who actually cared to help me. I see Dr. Creed, and I have never had a better experience with any physician! And her assistant, Danielle! Yes, the wait times can be long at times; however, that does not compare to the compassion and level of attention provided during the visit. And using the patient portal is a breeze with super fast response times. I have experienced less than 24 hour blood results and Dr. Creed has called in prescriptions before I even expected a response. She is amazing! I wish that I could see these two for all of my medical concerns.... read more
