Dr. Shensky and her staff are an extremely professional group. She was a " breath of fresh air" for me. She helped me understand my issues and how to deal with them. The ability to contact her was with ease, unlike other Novant systems where you get stuck in a loop of automated crap. And never reach your doctor!
