A top notch facility that is filled with a top notch staff. The latest in technology and knowledge in this field-so very reassuring and comforting in a clean kid and adult friendly environment. All aspects of this practice are light years ahead of the rest-you will be pat yourself on the back for choosing Acuity!
We had heard only good things about Acuity Orthodontics. So when it was time for our daughter to need braces, we decided to check it out for ourselves. And I can say we were more than impressed with meeting with the friendly staff and meeting with Dr.Wickizer. They covered all of our concerns and questions, and made us feel right at home. It was an easy choice for us to make, and we couldnt be happier with our service we receive there. We would definitely reccomend them to anyone.
As we checked in for Cole's initial visit, we were greeted by two ladies who welcomed us and helped us to get signed in. Cole went back for his consultation and pictures with Angela. When I went back to meet with Angela , Cole told me how nice everyone was to him and how much he liked this new orthodontist. When I met with Dr. Wickizer, he explained everything in detail and even showed me pictures of Cole's teeth and discussed his concerns and plan. We transfered here from another state during my daughter's treatment-we left a wonderful doctor so we were looking for a very good DR. So far, things have been great. Friendly staff, nice offices, and great services. Excited to finish treatment with this office.
Friendly staff and environment. (The game room and hot chocolate sold my son!) Clean and organized. We are just starting treatment but so far am impressed with all the great reviews about Acuity and Kr. Keith. (His credentials are impressive.) Rates for our current treatment plan were $1000 cheaper than our last estimate at a different facility for very similar treatment plan with all the same high-tech gadgetry. Location is very convenient for us to make a quick trip during the school day if needed!
The staff is wonderful and the offices are great, a very kid friendly atmosphere. When faced with the news of having to get braces my daughter nervous was anything but happy. The staff at Acuity took the time going out of their to make sure she left the office feeling better about braces.
This is the best orthodontist office I have ever visited. Unlike other offices, this office has a game room for children, the office was spotless and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office to every and anyone who is looking for an orthodontist in the summerville area. I know your experience will be as good as mine if not better.
Acuity Orthodontics' staff is exceptionally nice and outgoing. They were very informative on the treatment that was best for my daughter. I was impressed by the atmosphere and the very latest in technology they had. They are warm and the waiting room for kids was a definite hit with my 3 children!
Dr Keith is an AWESOME Orthodontist.... My 10 yrs old daughter, Amiah love going to Dr Keith.... She only had her braces for about 8 mos and you can see a BIG difference.. Ms Angela, Ms Cayla, Ms Brittany and Ms Allie is so wonderful. You are always greeted with a SMILE... The office is a very kid friendly enivornment. I HIGHLY recommend Acuity Orthodontics to you and your famil..... The BEST in town.
