Dr. Ridel was nice in the hospital but the office he is at is terrible. My husband had a stroke a year ago, never had a follow up scan because they schedule so far out. His PA jennifer is terrible. I mean medical negligence terrible. My husband expressed feeling tired. Confusion facial drooping. She dismissed it said yeah thats normal. Saw him for 10 mins and left. Turns out he has has several TIA episodes and almost died. Her negligence could have cost him his life! The women answering the phones are so rude. We couldn't ge... read more

Grandmother was admitted for a prolonged seizure. Had no choice on who our neurology consult was but Dr. Ridel was kind and told us what was wrong and prescribed an emergency medication upon discharge. CVS informed us we need a prior auth. Called Dr. Ridels office on December 8th. Never heard anything back. Called multiple times and never heard anything back. Finally called to speak with the manager 2 days ago (january 14th) and threatened to go above their head if we did not hear back on voicemail. Got a call almost 48 hour... read more

I’ve been seeing Dr. Keith and his P.A. Jennifer for 11 years. I still see them at 24 years old, because I explained To them I had only felt comfortable with them. Before seeing them I not Only was lied to about the type of seizures for the purpose of more test, but was also put on medication that made them worse. Ridel actually has listened to my questions about side affects like depression and never made me feel upset or unheard. At 13 years old the way he explained my condition I could actually understand which my mom app... read more

My dad had a stroke and has a mass located in the brain. We have had an incredibly difficult time trying to get ahold of ridel or any of his staff. This place is very unprofessional. They do not care about their patients. We have both left several voicemails as well as sit on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone for as long as an hour. We never receive a call back and no one ever picks up the phone. We live an hour away and will now have to drive down there with no appointments and likely be turned away due to negli... read more

I started seeing Ridel when I was 16 to try to get an answer to medical issues I had been having for a year. He ran some tests and diagnosed me. My diagnosis required IV treatments which I received for 6 years. After 6 years of treatment we went to Mayo Clinic where we discovered he has misdiagnosed my illness and treated me for something I never had. We also found out that the correct diagnosis was on the original testing he had done, but he overlooked it saying it was nothing. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR CHILDS MEDICAL CARE... read more
