Im going to start with exceptional service, from the staff to the doctor himself, after a root canal procedure, I was in crucial pain, so I called them shortly after I got home asking them to prescribe me some pain medication, so they did and started taking them, got to feeling better, and to my surprise I got a phone call from doctor Gerber himself checking up on me, making sure I was okay, that was just GENTLE CARE, some people are doing what they're doing for a pay check, these people at gentle care dental, are doing what... read more
I've been coming here for 20 years. As a team we have kept my teeth in wonderful shape and cavity free. Arora was my hygienist, she was friendly, professional and was not rushed.
I recommend GENTLE DENTAL to anyone who is looking for a dentist office here in Tyler. The staff is very professional. They are very compassionate, humble and very caring. Everyone here listen to your needs and your concerns and take very good care of you. I highly recommend GENTLE DENTAL. THE STAFF HERE IS AMAZING. Highly recommend this dental office. Usual just need cleaning but recently I had a dental emergency for the first time in my life. I was so scarred I would loose my front teeth but Dr Simmons took care of them and put them back in place and everything is fine. The staff is always friendly and professional.and the office has a very relaxed and calming feel.
