I love Gentle Dental. I had a teeth cleaning. The staff are always very nice.
There is nothing about a dentist that I like. I am terrified of walking through the door. I rescheduled the appointment 2 times. They were understanding and accommodating, and very mindful. I was able to make the appointment and get the work done. Dentists have always been a big fear for me, and they are the 1st office I can go into knowing I can get through the procedure with no pain.
Great experience everyone is kind and very helpful and nice from the Doctor to all of the staff and employees this office gives great care and treatments. Me and my family are patients and I highly recommend Gentle Dental Care of Tyler .
Absolutely amazing practice! I came in for an emergency appoint with Dr. Simon and he was able to get me in the same day for an exam, X-rays and treatment! Such a wonderful staff and a pleasure to work with. BTW when the numbness wore off, the pain was gone! Nailed it! Thank you for talking me out of a crown and using the least invasive means necessary to fix the problem. You all rock!
