Im so thankful to have found such a good dental clinic. If your looking for a good dentist , thats knowledgeable, caring and professional, this is the place! I had a horrible experience at Aspen dental and I cant say enough good about Gentle Dental. Dr. Simmons did a great job and was professional and caring checking on me during the whole process. This morning I had another awesome dentist appointment. They are always so welcoming and comforting. I was freezing and they gave me a blanket. I was able to get all my dental work done in one day. Awesome!! Thanks so much Gentle Dental you all truly are the bomb.com!!
I’m so thankful I found Gentle Dental in Tyler. It’s not easy finding a dentist who is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also truly compassionate and thoughtful. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and understood—especially when it came to my dental anxiety. After being told my insurance plan was accepted via phone by the office manager, when I arrived for service it was a different story. When I arrived, she told what “the plan of care was going to be” and why they decided. My 10yr old was called to the back. Once she was in dental chair, I was told after I ask her title, by the dental assistant ,to have some kind of worker-parent engagement, to clarify services being rendered.
