I went to him two different times. He is arrogant, rude abd hateful. I left his office both times in tears. I called his office and told them i would never be back. Afterwards I refused to go see an ENT because I was so traumatized. That is not me. I finally got so bad I had to go see someone else. I still have fluid, infection and bvvp. I'm seeing a physical therapist specialist for the bvvp and they're going to insert tubes to help get rid of the fluid. He did thyroid surgery on me several years ago he did a wonderful job I was very pleased
My husband saw Dr. Alexander today, 1/14/25. He has been having severe, chronic left-sided facial pain for months. He had initially thought it to be tooth pain. He has went to the dentist multiple times, and they saw nothing to be fixed. He has been to the urgent care. He has tried to take allergy medication. He has tried Flonase. Idk why people are so negative. I have been going to Dr. Alexander since I was in preschool. He has always been a great doctor. He does in fact move your head around without asking, he always has but so do the majority of hair stylist. He is great at what he does, has performed multiple surgeries on my ears, and has always been a doctor I liked to go to. Just because he is stern and tells you like it is does not mean he is rude, he has a lot of people to see.
He is absolutely horrible with young children. Took my 4 year old to him and talked at me and never talked to the child. Grabber their head and moved it where he wanted and told me to hold this. I would highly recommend not using him for your children.
