Dr. Fiman listens to concerns and clearly explains things. He has a good bedside manner and a good, supportive nurse. Office was not very welcoming initially.
I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Fiman as my GI. Dr. Fiman is a competent, kind doctor. He answers all of my questions with careful consideration and is also concerned about my overall well-being. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiman.

Caring, professional, thorough, good communication
My husband saw Dr. Fiman Aug.23, he liked him and felt comfortable with him but........ his office staff is awful. We have tried to schedule a proceedure for my husband ever since his appointment and can't get his office to return calls. We have called twice and sent an e-mail and never got aa response from them. I guess we will have to start over and find another doctor. It is a shame because my GP recommended him to us.

Excellent communication, friendly and took his time to explain best procedures needed especially with family history and great personality!! Staff is awesome quick and helpful!!!
Staff is terrible, receptionist is terrible. lack of care and lack of communication. I would not go there for treatment if even it's free.
