Staff was great with appointment, check in and out, and general communications. Dr. Fiman was very professional and easy to communicate with on my health issues. He provided a lot of additional reading material that I had not been provided to me by other physicians.
I found Dr Fiman to be genuinely interested and fully capable in providing my care both in his office and surgery room. He gave me as much time as I needed to discuss my care, history, concerns and options. To my surprise and great appreciation he somewhat adjusted his schedule to accommodate my schedule - I needed him to do a procedure prior to another surgery I had already scheduled and which had a long recovery.
