After 8 months of working out, trying to improve core strength, chiropractor care 2 times a week, light weight workouts, and inability to walk more than half mile without pain, he received several steroid injections in his lower back. I needed a CT-guided steroid injection to a nerve root in my neck, and every doctor I asked recommended Dr. Kortman. His staff were professional and kind. Dr. Kortman has an exemplary bedside manner, warm, reassuring and respectful. During the procedure itself, I appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was placed correctly. I had been suffering from pretty severe discomfort from progressing osteoarthritis, and the cortisone injection Dr Kortman was able to provide with imaging has provided and improvement in my range of motion as well as considerable pain relief. His staff is professional, courteous, and confident in the services they provide.
