Dr. Keith Acosta (Forward Motion Chiropractic & Wellness - West York location) has tremendously reduced my pain and stress tied up in my upper back/ shoulder/ neck area. I had been in a lot of pain for a very long time suffering from arthritis and sciatica issues. I tried physical therapy and meds without relief. There were many days when I was unable to walk or sleep due to pain.
