Dr. Sampat and his staff provide a studied methodology in their care of oncology patients. Treatments are customized to the individual needs of each patient. Time is taken to explain the resulting treatment process.
Dr. Sampat came to the examination room with all the details of my recent medical history and test results in mind. He is an eye-contact person who focuses on you not a computer screen. In my case he was candid enough to suggest that my continued care could also be monitored by my cardiologist. However, the staff at Dr. Sampat's office instill great confidence in a patient.
I am very pleased to have Dr. Sampat as my oncologist. He is very caring and very attuned to my concerns as to my cancer progress.
He answered all my questions, was optimistic, and explained why I like reduce certain medications. I do prefer in-person visits if possible.
This was my 3rd appointment with Dr. Sampat and he remembered me and my medical situation. He answered all my questions, friendly, would recommend him and the VCS.
