I might have spoke to soon, as good as they seemed to be I was quickly be dismissed as a patient. And not even in writing they haven’t returned my phone calls or emails or texted. They just told me I couldn’t be seen that day and the manager would give me a call. I’ve tried countless times , just to be reminded of the fact that I’m not as important to them as other patients because I’m on medical. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist himself was warm and professional. As someone who has had a wide variety of dental experiences (excellent to awful), Dr Keeper’s practice stands out as one of the best. The team was knowledgeable, curious rather than judgmental, and communicative about insurance coverage for everything throughout the appointment. I look forward to returning and would trust this team if I need more intensive care in the future.
