I have seen Dr. Ruschkowski for help managing perimenopause symptoms that were affecting me and being that I cannot take standard HRT I was feeling a bit hopeless. Her suggestions on supplements to take and a form of HRT that is safe for me has helped immensely and I noticed immediate changes and felt like my former self again. I needed to get my Monoferric iron infused and Dr Kayla was able to get me in very quickly. She answered all of my questions and the infusion was comfortable, quick, and painless.
Dr. Kayla has been wonderful. She has helped me navigate my health better, and listened to me when other MD’s have downplayed my concerns and symptoms. Great ND to see for peri-menopausal/ menopausal issues.
