Lisa who works in the scheduling department is lousy at her job. Inconsistent and uncomfortable to talk too
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I'm STILL waiting on a call back from them. Called a few day before my meds were up to get a medication appt. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK SINCE NOV25. I will be leaving a message every time I call. I've been without meds and they don't give a shit. Terrible place. Sad because it's the only place in the county for mental health. Charlotte County needs to do better.
I've been on/off with CBH for 10 years. I've always been happy!! Today I spoke with Dina in intake to get back on my medication.... she was phenomenal 😍 Very sweet and got my needs met efficiently!! Thank you for your help today... it really helped in my dark spot 💯
