Absolutely hated this place had a bad smell the whole time, food was absolutely awful, staff was disrespectful, and the clinicians take forever to discharge you, overall it was a traumatic and terrible experience I hated every minute of it.
Nobody answers the phone. Can’t get through to even the front desk or nurse. Also there recording repeats even when you press a number.
Dr. Matthews is extremely knowledgeable, up-to-date with the latest medications and research. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile for you.
Lisa who works in the scheduling department is lousy at her job. Inconsistent and uncomfortable to talk too
