They made me wait a whole HOUR even with an appointment! When I make an appointment at a certain time, I expect to be seen at that time!
We love Dr Katie she’s the best we been with for years. She is a Diamond in a hay stack so nice so kind an intelligent professional doctor !!! The best thing Rosemead has ! She has very stylish Rodeo Drive looking office! Barbie Ken dream house very elegant makes you feel high class once you enter the love is there! Dr. Chu is a great and responsible doctor, but her staffs are being mean and manipulative to ask you to buy and shamed you if you don’t buy their glasses with expensive prices. I called them to schedule eye exam, some staff already answered my phone, but there is a guy to grab the phone yelled they were on their lunch break and said they shouldn’t pick up my phone and hung up on me and refused to explain it. That was not make any sense
Best optometrist in town and around. I brought my elderly mom for an eye exam. Dr. Chu was exceptional, gave us plenty of time and was very thorough in her exam. I've never seen an optometrist that didn't act rushed and eager to sell you glasses then get rid of you. This practice isn't like the others She explained everything that she was doing and gave my mom ( Who didn't speak English much) an undivided attention.
