I first came to Dr Kathy because I was struggling with intense pain in my joints with arthritis and inflammation. Additionally, I was having digestive trouble and feeling tired constantly. I had a wonderful experience! I can honestly say I got my life back!! Dr. Kathy helped me so much learn things about my body and health. I feel so much better, more energy! It does take work on your part, but it is so worth it to be able to live again! I went from a size 22 down to a size 14. She also got me on the right track for something that had never been addressed. Lymphedema is often overlooked, but with her help I am getting it treated.

Dr. Kathy's Weight Loss is MORE than just weight loss...it's about finding out where the underlying cause of the weight is coming from! It is really great to learn that it is about eating more of the "good stuff" and less of the "not so good stuff"....when I saw for myself I began to understand and I am losing the weight and feel SO MUCH BETTER…..and you will, too!!
