Incredibly disappointed with this woman’s communication. We were nervous to take our four year old in for an ADHD assessment and the communication we have received from Kathy and her admin has been extremely blunt and inconsiderate. After the first email; littered with caps, red wording and condescending language, we were alarmed and doubted our decision to work with Kathy Lee but after an email today (that wasn’t relevant to us in the slightest), we’ve cancelled our appointment and made the decision to look elsewhere. As a carer to ADHD, the support received has been professional, timely and caring. Without the support of Dr Kathy, I don't believe I would be able to manage as good as I have been. I am grateful.
Very thankful to have found DrKathyLee after my concerns for my children were dismissed by many gps over many years when requesting a referral to a paed and having a horrible experience with Dr Ricci who questioned my disabilities. Dr Kathy Lee has been amazing with my 2 childrens needs in the last 12 months. She is very explanatory to parents & kids with medical words, medications, side effects ect and post appt help sheets & recipes. Has my childrens best interest in mind and thats all i hoped for in a pediatrician.
