Never had such a terrible experience with the office front desk/coordinator. Nobody answering the phone call, regardless how many times you call, just went to voice mail. Post op follow up is poor, you need to pray not to have any post op complications. Otherwise, you will be frustrated to reach the office to be assessed. I didn't believe the Google review 2.5/5, until I experienced. I want to put 0 if there is such an option.
The receptionist called me come to see doctor. I even took a day off work to go, but the receptionist was surprised I was there that day. She then quickly did a simple eye pressure check and told me to come back another time. That's incredibly irresponsible.
My mom had her Cataract surgery done by Dr. Cao. I took for her for many visits. Forget what the others say about wait times. It was between 30 mins to 1 hour. All specialist are busy, I've been to some with 4-5 hour wait time. My mom sees great now after cataract surgery. Dr. Cao was nice and friendly.
